Welcome,
I don’t know exactly what brought you here today, but I imagine something in you is tired. Maybe you lost someone you loved, through a goodbye you chose or one that was chosen for you. Maybe it’s older than that, a childhood that didn’t hold you the way it should have, a dream you quietly let go of somewhere along the way. Maybe the news arrived recently and changed the shape of everything. Whatever it is, however big or small it looks from the outside, if it’s still living in you, it matters.
Most of us were taught to close the door on feelings like this. Be strong. Move on. Keep going. So we do, for a while. But grief doesn’t leave just because we stop looking at it. It settles into the body and waits, and finds you again later, in a tightness you can’t explain, in exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix, in the distance that creeps in between you and the people you love. You’re not doing anything wrong. Your grief was just never meant to be carried silently, alone, forever.
There’s nothing broken in you for feeling this. Grief this size, sadness, anger, the ache of missing someone, the strange guilt, the numbness that shows up when it’s all too much, all of it is allowed here. You don’t need to explain it, justify it, or have it figured out before you arrive.
This is a space to finally set some of that weight down, with someone beside you. I want to hear about your experience, because I believe that being heard matters. But some of what we carry lives deeper than words can reach, so we go there too, with music that meets you underneath language, and with medicine, psilocybin, that gently softens the walls we’ve built to protect ourselves, so what’s underneath can finally breathe. None of this happens alone. I’ll be right there with you, holding the space, for as long as it takes.
And on the other side, something is waiting for you too. Not a life without grief, some of it may always be part of your story, but a life where it isn’t running the show anymore. Room to feel light again. To notice color in things that had gone grey. To trust your own body, feel steady in your own mind, and let joy back in without guilt trailing behind it. To live and love differently, moving forward.
Warmly,
Noah
